Experience
I have been a teacher for 17 years and have taught all levels from first through eleventh grades. My passion is math and I love helping students to unlock the puzzles of all areas of math. My most recent teaching and tutoring experience has been in middle and upper school. I have attended many math conferences focused on best teaching practices. My favorite was the conference held at Phillips Exeter Academy, one of the most prestigious boarding schools in the US. I was awarded the Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund Scholarship where I studied methodology for mathematics instruction.
